Spyder Engineers, LLC provided structural designs and coordinated with all the disciplines for the 134,000-square-foot three story senior living building located in Sykesville, Maryland. This HUD funded building houses 107 apartment units, a two-story multipurpose room, café, yoga studio, art studio, and other holistic amenities.
